Congratulations go out to Herman Vining for placing 1st in South Carolina and 2nd overall at the Southern Division Championship. He will represent South Carolina at the TBF National Championship as a boater and fish for the "Living The Dream," package. He will be joined by Darrel Shull who will represent South Carolina on the non-boater side. South Carolina finished 3rd overall. Great job guys!!!!!
